We will not go further and tell you that order is independent of what we earn, because we cannot show you a rule either way: in our two largest earning categories the providers that earn us the most per click do sit at the top, while in three other categories they do not, and the whole picture rests on 41 purchases across the site. A rating is a separate thing, an editorial judgment rather than a computed score, and it is not for sale either.

Do you review products you haven't used?

We base our comparisons on publicly available information, user reviews, provider websites, and industry research. We do not personally test every provider as that would be medically and ethically inappropriate.
