California Privacy Notice (CCPA/CPRA)
Last Updated: April 29, 2026
Who This Notice Applies To
This California Privacy Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California. It is provided pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA).
If you are not a California resident, please see our full Privacy Policy for information about your applicable rights.
Categories of Personal Information We Collect
In the past 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information:
- Category A — Identifiers: IP address, browser fingerprint, device identifiers, cookie identifiers. We do NOT collect names, email addresses, or government-issued IDs.
- Category F — Internet or Other Electronic Network Activity: Browsing history onManyTreatments.com, pages viewed, links clicked, referral source, search queries that led to our site.
- Category G — Geolocation Data: Approximate location inferred from IP address (state/city level only — we do not collect precise GPS coordinates).
We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account information, medical records, precise geolocation, biometric data, or communications content.
Note on health-related inferences: Because ManyTreatments.com covers telehealth topics, your visit to specific pages (e.g., weight loss, erectile dysfunction) may imply health-related interests. We do not classify this as Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA — we are not a HIPAA-covered entity — but we treat inferred health interests with heightened care and do not sell or share this data for targeted advertising without your consent.
Purposes for Collecting Personal Information
We collect personal information for the following business purposes:
- Operating and improving ManyTreatments.com
- Analytics and understanding how users interact with our content
- Security monitoring and fraud prevention
- Compliance with legal obligations
- Advertising and marketing (analytics identifiers shared with advertising partners)
Sharing and "Sale" of Personal Information
Under California law, sharing personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" even without monetary exchange.
We share Category A (Identifiers) and Category F (Internet Activity) data with:
- Analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics) for website performance measurement
- Advertising networks for measuring conversion events from our affiliate links
- Affiliate tracking platforms to attribute clicks and commissions
This sharing may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" under CCPA/CPRA. You have the right to opt out. See Your Rights below.
