Blue Haven Rx is a telehealth weight loss program at bluehavenrx.com. Its Terms of Service form an agreement with "Eternum Health LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company doing business as Blue Haven RX," and its homepage footer carries an Eternum Health LLC copyright line. It sells two compounded GLP-1 medications for weight management, Compounded Semaglutide and Compounded Tirzepatide, which its own homepage disclaimer says are not FDA-approved. Its homepage names two clinician networks, Wasef Health and Beluga Health, described as "networks of US-licensed physicians" that apply exclusionary criteria to determine eligibility; Blue Haven Rx describes itself as "a facilitator, connecting non-excluded individuals with these networks and their clinicians," says the decision to prescribe lies solely with those networks' clinicians, and states that completing its online assessment does not create a clinical relationship between you and Blue Haven Rx.

Blue Haven Rx's homepage product cards list Compounded Semaglutide at $149 a month, described as "Less than $5/day," and Compounded Tirzepatide at $179 a month. Both cards say the price covers "doctor consultation, prescription, 4 weeks of medication & free shipping" and is the same for all doses, with no price increases.

The same homepage shows two more sets of figures. A banner reads "Start today for just $149/mo for 3 months" without naming a medication, and the homepage FAQ answers "How much does the program cost?" with "a flat $179/month for semaglutide and $259/month for tirzepatide," covering the doctor consultation, prescription, medication and shipping. The site does not reconcile the card prices, the banner and the FAQ figures; its Terms say the applicable fee and subscription term "will be presented to you at checkout." Both medications are compounded and not FDA-approved.

Blue Haven Rx's homepage describes three steps: take an assessment quiz, have "one of our licensed US medical doctors (M.D.)" review it, and receive medication shipped "directly to your address from our partner pharmacy." The pages we checked do not name that pharmacy. The homepage's "our" doctors wording sits alongside a disclaimer and Terms that describe Blue Haven Rx as a facilitator and the prescribers as "independent professional medical entities," so the site describes its relationship with prescribers in two ways. The compounded medications it ships are not FDA-approved.

Its Terms of Service, last updated May 8, 2026, describe monthly, three-month, six-month, and twelve-month subscription terms, each billed in full at the start of the term. At enrollment, your payment method is pre-authorized for the full fee; the charge is captured once a treating provider approves a prescription, and released without a charge if the provider does not approve one. Another clause of the same Terms says your payment method "will be charged the upfront Program Membership Fee" when you complete the intake form, so the Terms describe the timing of the first charge in two places. Subscriptions renew automatically on a Renewal Date that, per the Terms, "may occur up to ten (10) days before the end of your current subscription term." Once charged, the fee is non-refundable except as required by law.

Blue Haven Rx's Terms of Service state the company is "cash-pay only" and does not accept Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Indian Health Service, any other federal healthcare program, or commercial health insurance, and its homepage FAQ says "No insurance is needed. Our program is cash only." The Program Membership Fee may change with 30 days' notice, and you can accept the new fee by continuing into the next term or reject it by canceling before that term starts.

The Terms say you must cancel at least 48 hours before the Renewal Date to prevent the upcoming renewal charge; canceling later stops only the renewals after it. Once a charge is made, no refund is issued, even partial, for the remaining term. The homepage FAQ, by contrast, says "You can cancel at any time. No long-term contracts or cancellation fees," while the Terms offer three-, six- and twelve-month terms billed in full up front. The Terms also say a former weight loss guarantee was discontinued effective April 13, 2026, and that, apart from legacy members, the company "does not offer any weight loss guarantee, refund guarantee, or money-back guarantee."

For semaglutide, the card's $149 a month with "no price increases" and the FAQ's flat $179 a month are not reconciled on the page, and neither is reconciled with the "$149/mo for 3 months" banner, which names no medication; the tirzepatide card ($179) and FAQ ($259) also disagree.

Blue Haven Rx labels its homepage testimonials as paid testimonials. They cite individual weight-loss figures; these are paid testimonials, not a promised result, and the homepage disclaimer says results from its compounded medications "may vary." That disclaimer says the compounded medications "are manufactured in 503A Outsourcing Facilities" and that "the medications themselves are not FDA-approved," and that the medication you receive may look different from what is shown on the website because Blue Haven Rx is not involved in producing it.

Blue Haven Rx may suit you if you want a cash-pay compounded GLP-1 program and are comfortable with a facilitator model in which, per its disclaimer and Terms, prescribing decisions sit with third-party clinician networks. Its compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved.

It may be a weaker fit if you want to know the exact dispensing pharmacy before signing up, since Blue Haven Rx's own homepage refers only to an unnamed "partner pharmacy"; if you want a settled price before checkout, given the unreconciled figures on its homepage; or if you want insurance billing, since the Terms state the company accepts neither commercial insurance nor federal healthcare programs.
