It says not to take them if you have ever had thyroid cancer, and that in studies with rodents, GLP-1s caused thyroid tumors, including thyroid cancer, and it is not known if they will cause thyroid tumors or cancer in humans. If a Found clinician prescribes you a compounded version of a GLP-1 medication, know that compounded drugs are not FDA-approved as finished products.

Its footnote attributes this to a 68- and 72-week clinical trial of Wegovy (2.4 mg) and Zepbound (15 mg) in participants without diabetes and with a BMI of 30 or more, or 27 or more with a weight-related condition, where average weight loss was 15% and 20% respectively when paired with diet and exercise changes, compared to 2.4% and 3.1% with diet and exercise alone.
