Gimme Care operates at gimme.care, and its footer copyright line names Start Gimme LLC (Gimme Care). It sells prescription weight loss treatment online. Its homepage describes the company as "a fully comprehensive GLP-1 care program" and says it delivers "expert-led care & provider support" beyond just medication. The two GLP-1 weight-loss products are compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide, and its Weight Loss menu also lists ondansetron. Gimme's product pages say "Compounded medications are not FDA-approved."

Gimme's homepage pricing table also lists other injectable products alongside its weight-loss treatments: Sermorelin Injection, NAD+ Injection, Cyanocobalamin (B12), MIC+B12, and Glutathione Injection. Its site menu files NAD+, sermorelin, glutathione, MIC+B12 and B12 under Anti Aging rather than Weight Loss. Gimme's footer says the products it offers are compounded medications that are not approved by the FDA.

Gimme's homepage pricing table and its compounded semaglutide page list compounded semaglutide at $130 a month on a 3-month plan or $160 a month on a 1-month plan. A homepage FAQ, which does not name the product, gives the same two figures, says the 3-month plan is "billed every 3 months," and says the price includes medication, physician care, support, shipping, and supplies. The homepage table and its tirzepatide page list compounded tirzepatide at $163 a month on a 3-month plan or $199 a month on a 1-month plan, and both product pages say "Same price at every dose." The homepage table lists sermorelin at $179 a month on a 3-month plan or $189 a month on a 1-month plan; the sermorelin page shows those prices for its 15mg vial and a separate 9mg vial option at $129 on a 1-month plan. None of these products is FDA-approved.

The homepage markets "Industry leading pricing" with an asterisk. The footnote attached to that claim says the pricing comparison is "based on publicly available information at the time of review," and names no competitors or review date. The same footnote says compounded products are "not approved nor evaluated for safety, efficacy, or quality by the FDA."

Gimme's site describes a four-step process: complete an online questionnaire about your health and goals, have a licensed US provider review your answers and determine eligibility, receive medication by discreet delivery with no pharmacy visit required, then get refills shipped every 28 days after a short check-in, tracked in its online portal. Its product pages say "Gimme Care is not a pharmacy" and that a licensed healthcare provider will "prescribe treatment only if medically appropriate." The compounded medications it sells are not FDA-approved.

Gimme's FAQ says insurance is not required. The company states it offers its services in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. In most states treatment can start without a video visit, but Gimme's site says Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, and West Virginia require a brief video or audio visit before starting treatment.

The 3-month plans carry the lower monthly rates, and the 1-month rate is higher for every product in Gimme's homepage pricing table; its FAQ says the $130 semaglutide plan is billed every 3 months. Gimme's refund policy says "all medication sales are final" and that you can cancel an order "anytime before it's dispensed or shipped by the pharmacy."

The testimonials on Gimme's homepage, attributed to first names and last initials, carry no compensation statement or note that results are not typical, and two of them, attributed to different names, use identical wording.

Compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide are not FDA-approved. Gimme's site states this in the footnote beneath its pricing table and in its footer.

Gimme Care may suit you if you want a self-pay, no-insurance path to compounded GLP-1 medication with home delivery and are comfortable using a compounded rather than FDA-approved product. It may also suit you if you want a single online provider for both GLP-1 treatment and other injectables like sermorelin or NAD+, which are also compounded and not FDA-approved.

It may be a weaker fit if you live in Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, or West Virginia and want to avoid any video or audio visit, or if you specifically want an FDA-approved branded medication such as Wegovy or Zepbound rather than a compounded medication; Gimme's Weight Loss menu lists no branded Wegovy or Zepbound.
