As checked on September 11, 2026, the homepage lists a Compounded Semaglutide 3-Month Starter Bundle "Starting at $99/m," with a total of $299 covering medication, shipping, consultation, and an injection kit, and a Compounded Tirzepatide 3-Month Starter Bundle starting at $133/m with a $399 total. Those are floors: the pricing page lists higher-dose 3-month plans at up to $499 for semaglutide and $599 for tirzepatide, and single months at $169 and $299. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved. The homepage lists NAD+ at $116/month and sermorelin at $199/month and notes that the lowest prices shown may reflect multi-month plans or introductory bundles. Its NAD+ and sermorelin are not FDA-approved. The pricing page lists NAD+ injections at $199 for 1 month and $349 for 3 months, while the Promotions page lists the 1-month NAD+ injection at $179.

The pricing page lists brand-name Zepbound at $1,399 a month and Wegovy at $1,695 a month.

The homepage repeats a "SAVE 20%" offer with a promo code above a line reading "Offer ends December 31st, 2025," and the pricing page shows promo-price figures on its compounded and testosterone plans with a note that the price is available "now through December 31st, 2025" with that code. By our September 11, 2026 check, that end date had passed by more than eight months. The promo figures do not all sit below the regular price: the compounded semaglutide 2-Month Bundle is listed at $299 with a promo price of $439. If you plan to use any code, confirm at the cart that it applies before assuming the advertised price is what you will pay.

GobyMeds' Safety Information page states that its medical partners may prescribe compounded medications, and that compounded medications are prepared solely in licensed pharmacies but that their efficacy and safety profiles may differ from commercially available drugs. It also states that compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. That disclosure applies to the compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide products, not to the brand-name Zepbound, Mounjaro, Wegovy, or Ozempic GobyMeds says it also offers.

A fuller testimonials disclaimer lives on a separate Disclaimers legal page, which says the testimonials on the site are personal experiences that may not necessarily be representative, and that none of its testimonials has been clinically evaluated. Before you check out, confirm that any promo code actually applies at the cart, since the homepage, pricing page and Promotions page still showed a promo code with a December 31st, 2025 end date on September 11, 2026.
