Keeps is a telehealth brand for hair loss treatment that, as of September 11, 2026, also sold a sexual health line for erectile dysfunction. Its homepage listed finasteride at $25 a month and minoxidil at $10 a month, and its finasteride page says many of its treatment plans cost as low as $10 a month and that its treatments are not covered under insurance. The ED line sells sildenafil, tadalafil and four newer combination products, which are not FDA-approved as finished products, but the ED page we checked did not show per-product prices.
What Keeps Hair Loss Is and What It Sells
This review covers Keeps the telehealth brand at keeps.com, not the common English word. As of September 11, 2026, Keeps' site sold two lines: hair loss treatment and a sexual health line for erectile dysfunction, which its site menu labels New.
Keeps' own site footer lists Cove, Facet and Nurx alongside Keeps itself, and its privacy policy and terms of use link to a Thirty Madison domain. Keeps does not explain that grouping on the pages we checked.
What Hair Loss Treatment Costs and Includes
Keeps' hair loss lineup goes beyond standard finasteride and minoxidil. As of the check date it also sold combination products, including a dutasteride and minoxidil chew (listed as Chew+ 5-In-1) and a dutasteride and minoxidil drop formula (listed as Drop+ 11-In-1). Keeps' homepage describes these new formulas as All-in-1 compounds; compounded combination formulas like these are not FDA-approved as finished products.
Keeps' finasteride product page, checked September 11, 2026, said many of its treatment plans cost as low as $10 a month and that its treatments are not covered under insurance. Its homepage price table listed finasteride at $25 a month and minoxidil at $10 a month, with the first provider visit free and $5 per visit after that. That $10 figure is a floor, not a typical price across every product; Keeps did not publish prices for the combination or ED products on the pages we checked.
What the ED Line Sells
As of September 11, 2026, Keeps' ED page listed sildenafil (its generic Viagra option) and tadalafil (its generic Cialis option), along with four newer products: Powerhouse 3-in-1 (tadalafil, vardenafil and apomorphine), Quicky (sildenafil), Weekend (tadalafil) and Combo (sildenafil and tadalafil), sold as gummies, tablets or sublingual tablets. Keeps says all four use FDA-approved active ingredients, but the four newer products themselves are not FDA-approved as finished products.
We could not find per-product ED prices on the Keeps pages we checked, so confirm the exact price for your prescription before you commit.
Insurance and Cancellation
Keeps' finasteride page states plainly that its treatments are not covered under insurance, so budget for the cash price rather than a copay.
Keeps says you can cancel your subscription directly in your Keeps account. If your next refill date falls within 24 hours, Keeps says you need to call instead, to make sure the cancellation processes before that refill ships. Keeps ships on a recurring schedule of every three, six or twelve months, so check where you are in that cycle before you cancel.
What to Know Before You Sign Up
Keeps says its ED services are not offered in every state, without naming which states are excluded on the pages we checked.
Keeps' own finasteride page cites clinical studies, without naming a specific one, reporting a sexual side effect in 3.8% of those taking finasteride versus 2.1% taking a placebo. That's Keeps' own citation of outside research, not a figure we independently verified or an endorsement of the drug's safety profile.
We could not verify Keeps' pharmacy type (503A compounding versus standard dispensing) or whether a cancellation fee applies, since neither appears on the pages we checked.
Who It May Suit, and Who May Want to Look Elsewhere
Keeps may suit you if you want a low entry price for hair loss treatment and you plan to pay cash rather than use insurance.
Keeps may be a harder fit if you live in a state it doesn't serve for ED, need an exact ED price up front, or need insurance to cover any part of the cost, since Keeps says its treatments are not covered under insurance.
