OrderlyMeds is an online GLP-1 weight loss provider offering compounded tirzepatide and compounded semaglutide alongside brand-name Zepbound and Wegovy. As of September 11, 2026, its site advertised compounded tirzepatide from $149 a month and compounded semaglutide from $74 a month on a 2-month starter program for new signups starting on the lowest dosage, paid upfront in full ($299 or $149 for the 2 months), with standard monthly prices of $299 and $149. The compounded medications are not FDA-approved, OrderlyMeds' own site says so directly, and its FAQ says cancellation is not possible once your prescription is written.
What OrderlyMeds is and what it treats
OrderlyMeds is a GLP-1 weight loss telehealth service. Its site says it created the company to make GLP-1 treatment more accessible and honest.
It offers compounded tirzepatide and compounded semaglutide, and separately the brand-name products Zepbound (tirzepatide) and Wegovy (semaglutide). Its own pricing page states this directly: it offers brand-name weight loss treatments Zepbound and Wegovy, as well as compounded medications where appropriate and prescribed.
OrderlyMeds' compounded tirzepatide and compounded semaglutide are not FDA-approved. OrderlyMeds' pricing page states this plainly, and adds that compounded GLP-1 medications are prescribed only when a licensed provider determines that an FDA-approved drug is not appropriate for your medical needs or that a clinically significant difference exists, such as dosage form, strength or excipient composition.
What it costs, as of September 11, 2026
As of September 11, 2026, OrderlyMeds' pricing page listed a 2-month starter program, marked Save 50% and only available to new signups: compounded tirzepatide at $149 a month ($299 for 2 months) and compounded semaglutide at $74 a month ($149 for 2 months). Its homepage shows the same $149 and $74 starting prices with $299 and $149 a month thereafter, and says the starter program is only available if you start on the lowest dosage available and pay upfront in full. Compounded tirzepatide and compounded semaglutide are not FDA-approved.
A separate 2-month special offer, marked Save 25% and also only for new signups, listed compounded tirzepatide at $224 a month ($449 for 2 months) and compounded semaglutide at $112 a month ($224 for 2 months). Its standard monthly plans listed compounded tirzepatide at $299 and compounded semaglutide at $149.
The brand-name products were listed at $1,498 a month for Zepbound and $1,839 a month for Wegovy on the same date, both consistent across the homepage and the dedicated pricing page.
OrderlyMeds' pricing page states it charges no membership fees, setup costs or hidden expenses, and that pricing is up front.
How it works
OrderlyMeds' pricing page describes a health screening with a licensed provider through a text-based telehealth visit, and puts typical start to finish at 5 to 6 business days before medication reaches your home if a provider prescribes it. Its FAQ gives a longer timing: delivery within 8 to 10 business days of signing up.
Its FAQ states all of its pharmacy partners are 503A designated compounding pharmacies that must adhere to USP standards, and names PerfectRx/PerfectionRx, ProRx, Casa, Pharmacy Hub and SmartPharmaRx as its partner pharmacies.
OrderlyMeds' FAQ states that if you live in Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Rhode Island, Kansas or West Virginia, state law requires a video consult with its medical team, rather than the text-based visit used elsewhere. Another answer on the same FAQ page lists these video-visit states without Rhode Island.
Insurance and payment
OrderlyMeds' FAQ states it does not accept insurance, but that you can use your HSA or FSA card for payment. It currently only accepts credit card and FSA/HSA payments. It does not accept CareCredit cards, and it does not accept mobile wallet payments such as Apple Pay, Google Pay or Venmo.
It states orders cannot be expedited at this time. If you are denied a prescription, its FAQ says it will fully refund your payment, and that refunds may take 3 to 5 business days to appear depending on your bank's processing time.
What to know before you sign up
Cancellation has a hard stop. OrderlyMeds' FAQ states you can cancel any time before the doctor finalizes your prescription unless you selected a multi-month plan, but once the prescription is written after your consultation, cancellation is no longer possible.

OrderlyMeds may suit you if you want both a compounded option, which is not FDA-approved, and a brand-name option from the same provider, with an up-front price list and no membership fee.
It may not suit you if you are in Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Rhode Island, Kansas or West Virginia and want to avoid a live video visit, since OrderlyMeds says state law requires one there. It also may not suit you if you want to cancel late in the process, since OrderlyMeds states cancellation is not possible once your prescription is written.
