Trinity Meds Review: What It Costs and What to Know

Trinity Meds is a telehealth membership at trinitymeds.com selling compounded GLP-1 medication and a combined GLP-1/GIP option for weight management. Its FAQ explains that GLP-1 receptor agonists were originally developed for type 2 diabetes and have also been FDA approved, in their brand-name forms, for weight management in certain cases, but says plainly that "the compounded versions available through the Trinity Meds membership are NOT FDA approved and have not been independently evaluated by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality."

Trinity Meds' homepage headline reads "Flat Monthly Pricing For Life!" and states "The same monthly price. Just $99/month for GLP-1 or $149/month for GLP-1/GIP," next to "Was $299" with the $299 struck through. A banner on the same page reads "SAME PRICE EVERY MONTH! STARTING at GLP-1: $99 | GLP-1 + GIP: $149. OFFER ENDS SEPTEMBER 15TH AT MIDNIGHT!" as displayed on September 11, 2026. Its FAQ page shows "Now starting at $99" beside a "Price increases in" countdown, while also saying "Same price every month. No price hike." The site does not reconcile a price "For Life" with an offer that ends September 15 and a countdown to a price increase, and the pages we checked do not state what the price will be after the offer ends. These are compounded medications, which are not FDA-approved.

The FAQ page says full pricing detail lives on a separate membership plans page: "All pricing is displayed on our membership plans page." On the FAQ page we checked, the "See pricing" link goes to the same consultation sign-up link as its "Get Started" button.

Trinity Meds' FAQ says a licensed provider reviews your health evaluation and conducts a telehealth consultation, either by live video or an asynchronous provider review, as determined by your provider and in line with your state's telehealth laws, and that typical processing and delivery time is approximately 4 to 5 business days once a prescription is sent to a pharmacy. The same FAQ page also advertises "Free shipping. Arrives in 1-2 days." without reconciling the two timelines. Its site footer says medical services, including clinical evaluation and prescribing, are provided by OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC and its affiliated professional medical practices, and that Trinity HealthCare Supply "provides the technology platform and administrative services and does not provide medical services or make prescribing decisions."

Trinity Meds names four pharmacy partners on its FAQ page, each with an address and phone number: RedRock Pharmacy in St. George, Utah; Health Warehouse in Florence, Kentucky; Precision Medicine in Bellmore, New York; and Triad Rx in Daphne, Alabama. Its footer says prescriptions are filled by "independently owned and operated state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies within the Trinity Meds pharmacy network." The same footer says these compounded medications are not FDA approved.

Trinity Meds' FAQ states the membership is a self-pay healthcare service that does not require insurance, and that flexible payment options are available. The FAQ says the membership is available to residents of all 50 U.S. states, and notes that provider availability and prescribing authority vary by state and that your assigned provider will be licensed in your state of residence.

The advertised $99 and $149 prices sit inside a promotional banner with a stated end date of September 15 and next to a struck-through $299, on a page whose headline promises "Flat Monthly Pricing For Life!", so the price you pay may depend on when you sign up. The pages we checked do not say what the price will be after September 15.

Video testimonials on Trinity Meds' FAQ page carry a disclosure: "Results vary by individual. Testimonials reflect personal experiences and may not represent typical outcomes," and a separate line stating "the person featured received discounted, complimentary, or compensated services from Trinity Meds."

The FAQ says your provider will evaluate your medical history, current medications, and contraindications, including a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN2 syndrome, to determine whether treatment is appropriate, and states that weight regain after discontinuation is common. It says you may pause or cancel your membership at any time, and that if you and your provider decide to discontinue treatment, your provider may recommend a tapering schedule.

Trinity Meds' Subscription Services Cancellation and Refund Policy, last updated August 25, 2026, adds conditions the FAQ does not mention. It says "ALL PAYMENTS FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE," that cancellation requests must be received at least 72 hours before your next billing date to stop the next charge, that cancellation "stops future billing only," and that multi-month and bundled plans are non-refundable in whole and in part. The sole exception it names is a provider-initiated medical disqualification, which refunds only the unused portion of the current term.

The compounded GLP-1 and GLP-1/GIP medications Trinity Meds sells are not FDA-approved and have not been independently evaluated by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality, according to Trinity Meds' own FAQ.

Trinity Meds may suit you if you want a named-pharmacy fulfillment path and a self-pay membership with no insurance requirement, and you are comfortable with a compounded rather than FDA-approved medication.

It may be a weaker fit if you want price certainty independent of a promotional countdown, want the option of a refund after you pay, or specifically want an FDA-approved branded GLP-1 medication rather than a compounded medication, which is not FDA-approved.
